I maintain the website and handle the included Google work each month. Automated drafting assists delivery; published material receives human review.
You keep your Google profile, domain, supplied assets, content and business data. Finished copy, Google posts, review responses and marketing assets I create specifically for you are yours when the relevant service period or project is paid. You receive a usable content export when you leave. The rented design/code and my internal drafts, research, prompts and reusable templates stay with me; third-party assets follow their licenses. There is no included website buyout.
Cancel by email or through the billing portal before your next renewal. There is no minimum term, cancellation fee or remaining build balance. Future renewal charges stop and service continues through your current paid period, including if you cancel before launch. That period is not ordinarily refunded; already incurred unpaid charges and separately approved work remain payable. At service end the rented website comes offline. You keep your own assets, data and paid finished content, available in a usable export for 30 days.
Profile creation or reclaim, multiple locations, full copywriting, new features, commerce, patient-data workflows, ongoing SEO campaigns, and paid third-party services are excluded. You pay domain and other third-party charges separately. Extra work requires an agreed scope and price. Owning the finished content does not add full copywriting to the bundle.
Yes, for this pilot: one existing verified profile with working manager access. If access is lost later, website service continues and I report what is available. Profile recovery is scoped separately; I cannot manage a profile while it is inaccessible.
The service promises ongoing work, not rankings or revenue. Google visibility depends on several factors, and interactions do not prove a booked job. Your monthly summary separates the work completed from the metrics available.
Yes, when there is a specific need. Extra pages are $250–$400 each, and booking integrations are $400–$800. Any upgrade is scoped separately; your included website care and GBP Essentials do not expire.
