This page explains what this website collects, which is very little, and what happens to it.
The short version
This site has one contact form, on the Contact page. If you don't use it, the site collects nothing you type. If you do, it collects your name, email, phone number if you give one, and whatever you write.
It also measures how many people visit and which pages they read, using Google Analytics. That is the only tracking on the site. I do not sell or rent information about visitors to anyone, and I do not run advertising here.
The contact form
The quote form on the Contact page collects your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and the message you write. It is used for exactly one thing: to reply to you about the website work you asked about.
Submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which delivers them to King's Forge Studio's own email. Web3Forms handles the delivery under its own privacy terms; I do not control their systems, only what I do with what arrives in my inbox.
I keep what you send for as long as I need it to answer you and, if you become a client, for the life of the project and normal business recordkeeping after. I do not add form submissions to a marketing list, and I do not share them with anyone outside the business.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is being used — how many people arrive, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and what kind of device they are on. It also tells me when someone submits the contact form, as a single count, so I know the site is doing its job.
Google Analytics collects this using cookies and similar identifiers, and it receives your IP address as part of that. Google processes this information on my behalf and under their own terms. I do not use it to identify individual visitors, and I could not do so from what it reports to me.
If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser, use your browser's private mode, or install Google's official opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics ones described above. The contact form posts directly to Web3Forms and does not set any cookies of its own. There are no advertising cookies, no social-media trackers, and no embedded third-party widgets.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — the contact form still works with cookies blocked.
The web host
Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare) that keeps standard server logs — the requesting IP address, the time of the request, and which page was asked for. These are ordinary operational records used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners arranging website work. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can read this entire site without giving me anything. If you have used the contact form and would like to know what I hold, or would like me to delete it, contact me using the details below and I will sort it out.
Changes to this policy
If I change how this site works — adding a newsletter, for example — I will update this page and change the date at the top.
