Not included, and said up front: copywriting, photography, logo design, ongoing SEO retainers, and third-party costs (your domain, your Shopify subscription, paid plugins and APIs), billed to you at cost and never marked up.
Every tier: a 30-day bug warranty, two rounds of revisions, and a handoff doc with training — no matter which one you pick.
Storefront and custom builds start with a paid strategy session: $500 for Storefront, $1,500 for a custom build, credited in full toward the project if you go ahead within 60 days. You keep the written brief either way, and you could take it to any developer.
Not building a website yet? I also set up and manage Google Business Profiles, from $150 a month. See what that involves.
Questions I get asked
Do I own my site?
For purchased projects, yes: after final payment, the code, domain, and content are yours to take to another developer. The separate $249/month Website + Google Care pilot is a month-to-month rental with no minimum term and no included buyout.
How does payment work?
For purchased projects, a deposit books your calendar slot, and the rest is due at launch — larger projects split into a few milestones instead. I never ask for full payment upfront, and nothing launches until the final invoice clears.
Why not Wix or Squarespace?
They are good tools if you have the time and the eye. Most owners start one and never finish it. You run your business; I will run your website.
What if something breaks after launch?
Every purchased build carries a 30-day bug warranty. After that, a care plan covers updates, hosting, and fixes — optional, and priced separately.
How is this different from a marketing agency?
Most of them outsource the actual building. I do the marketing and build the site and the tools behind it, so it works together, from one person who is accountable for the result.
I do not have a Google Business Profile. Is that a problem?
For purchased projects, no: it will not hold up your build. Getting you on the map runs as its own track alongside the site. Your launch date does not wait on Google.
